Technology Spotlight: Check-In Kiosks

Patients at The Everett Clinic Smokey Point Medical Center will have the option to try our new patient kiosk to self-check-in for appointments. This interactive touch screen computer station not only streamlines the patient check-in process, but also allows visitors to quickly and easily:
- Update personal information
- Update emergency contact information
- Verify insurance information
- Sign electronic documents
We hope to add additional functionality such as payments and co-pays in the future to further benefit our patients. Reception check-in will be open for those who prefer it. A self-check-in kiosk is also available at our Lake Stevens location and this service may be expanded to other locations in the future.
