Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction - June 6
Modern life is stressful. Adults often feel they are "crazy busy" with the demands of work, school, children and family. In this weekly class you'll learn and practice:
- Relaxation techniques
- Mindfulness skills and self-awareness
- Mind and body coordination techniques from yoga, tai chi and aikido
