Refill Online
To refill online, click the link below for the location where your prescription is currently registered. A secure web page will open asking for your last name, birthdate, prescription number(s), and contact information. Be sure you click the Submit Request button when you are finished entering your information.
Refill by Telephone
To refill by telephone, call the pharmacy and listen carefully to the instructions.
You will be prompted to:
- Press 1 for prescription refills (if prescription # is known)
- Press 3 to leave a message for Pharmacy staff
- Press 4 for pharmacy hours and locations
- Press 0 to speak personally to a pharmacy staff member
