As a mental health counselor, I strive to find the best treatment approach for each patient that utilizes their own strengths and abilities. Each client is an expert on themselves. My client-centered approach uses each clients’ expertise to work towards their own definition of a meaningful and congruent life.

I have experience working with family caregivers, seniors, traumatic brain injury, depression, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, grief, and a variety of other issues in the mental health field.
