In this four-part workshop, teens will learn how to manage stress and develop tools to overcome anxiety. In class, explore topics including:
- Recognizing the signs of anxiety
- Techniques to promote relaxation
- How to reduce worry and negative thoughts
- Understanding and expressing how you feel
- Ways to problem solve anxious situations
Meetings are held weekly in our Thomas Lake location. For teens ages 12 - 15 years old. Costs are covered in part by most insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider for more information about plan coverage.
