*Kaiser Medicare Advantage HMO & Commercial HMO are out of network in King County. Kaiser Core & Medicare Advantage HMO are out of network at Marysville and Smokey Point.

- A cough or upper respiratory symptoms
- Possible fractures
- Ear or sinus pain
- Minor burns and bruises
- Scrapes and lacerations
- Abdominal pain
- Rash or hives

- Foreign object in nose
- Urinary symptoms
- Work-related injuries

Walk-In Clinic appointments are billed as office visits, not as ER or Urgent Care Center visits. Please check with your insurance carrier to determine coverage.
