The Everett Clinic has made changes to how prescription hard copies are handled in response to the current COVID-19 situation. Patients will no longer be able to pick up prescription hard copies at our locations. Instead, the prescription will be sent via certified mail directly to your pharmacy. This new process can take 7-10 days to complete. If you have not heard back from your pharmacy within the 7-10 timeframe, please contact your pharmacy directly. You will only receive a call from The Everett Clinic if we have questions regarding your prescription.
If you have questions or have an urgent refill request, please call your provider’s office and select option 4 when you hear the phone prompts. Thank you for your understanding.
