“The best interest of the patient is the only interest to be considered”. I practice this philosophy.
—W.J. Mayo, MD, founder of the Mayo Clinic
I take a very personalized approach to care for my patients. Every person and every patient is different and so their treatment needs to be tailored to their individual goals and expectations. I’m also a firm believer in shared decision-making between the patient and the provider. The best outcomes occur when the patient and physician approach treatment together as a team.
I specialize in all shoulder and elbow procedures including shoulder (both standard and reverse replacements) and elbow replacement (including radial head replacement), advanced arthroscopic reconstruction of complex shoulder and elbow disorders, and complex fractures of the shoulder and elbow.
I have a special interest in complex shoulder and elbow conditions including rotator cuff tears, arthritis, and complex fractures. My research interests include using technology to decrease musculoskeletal pain and advancing musculoskeletal care for astronauts in preparation of deep space missions.
Why The Everett Clinic?
The Everett Clinic’s core values of doing right by each patient, providing an enriching and supportive workplace, and focusing on healthcare value are squarely in line with my own. Patients and physicians alike see the inadequacies in our healthcare system on a daily basis and The Everett Clinic is trying in earnest to improve this.
