Christian Herter, MD, FAAFP, FAWM
I began practice at The Everett Clinic in 1989, and was recruited for an academic position at the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1996. I left my primary care to join the liraglutide phase 3 clinical research trial before returning to clinical practice. In 2019, I returned to the Everett Clinic, and am currently practicing at the Thomas Lake office.
My interests include primary care medicine, management of chronic illness in austere environments, advising patients who plan travel to remote regions, and managing travel related disease. I am active in the cycling community, and manages cycle related health concerns.
